Rima Fakih was born in a Shia Muslim family to parents Hussain and Nadia Fakih. She has four siblings, brothers Rabih and Rami, and sisters Rana and Ruba. Rima Fakih went to St. Rita’s School, a Catholic school near Beirut, Lebanon.
