Kajal Pasupathi is an Indian film actress, model, and VJ (video jockey), perhaps best known for appearing as a wildcard contestant in the Kamal Haasan-hosted reality show Bigg Boss Tamil. She has appeared as a supporting actor in several Tamil films such as Dishyum, Ko, Irumbu Kuthirai, and Aayirathil Iruvar. Career Beginnings
Kajal Pasupathi started her career as a video jockey on Sun Music in 2004. Around the same time, he also began his acting career, doing guest roles in Tamil films. Her first acting role was in Kamal Haasan’s film Vasool Raja MBBS, where she played the role of a nurse.
After spending four years with Sun Music, he left the channel to focus on his acting career. In 2006, she played a small role in the Tamil soap opera, Kasthuri, starring Ishwari Rao.
Breakthrough
Her big break came in 2006 when she was cast in the role of Sandhya’s friend in the Tamil romantic film Dishoom, starring Jeeva and Sandhya in the lead roles.
In 2007, she was named 1st runner-up in Miss China Thirai. Over time, he was cast in important roles in many other films such as Ko, Perumal, Aayirathil Iruvar, Kalakalappu 2, and Mouna Guru.
